The crew cheat sheet
Everything on one page. Print it. Tape it in the truck.
Every finished job:
- Open the "My Website" contact (your dedicated TextAPage number).
- Type NEW, then one sentence: what you did + the town + the materials.
- Attach 3–5 photos — one wide shot, one detail shot, the rest whatever's good.
- Send. Done. The office handles the rest.
The one sentence, done right
NEW Tore off and replaced the roof on a Branford ranch — GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal, new drip edge and ridge vent.
Formula: NEW + what + town + materials/brand/counts. That's it.
Quick answers

| Photos sent as separate texts | Fine. They group automatically. Don't re-send. |
| It texts you a question | Just answer it in the thread. |
| You forgot a photo | Send it in the same thread within a few minutes — it joins the job. |
| Something changed on a job you sent days ago | Start a text with UPDATE and say what changed. |
| Wrong photos / wrong job | Tell the office — unapproved drafts never publish anyway. |
Don'ts (there are only three)
- Don't guess at prices, specs, or addresses — it quotes you exactly.
- Don't include customers' faces or full street addresses in the sentence — town is enough.
- Don't text jobs from your personal number if it isn't registered — they'll be ignored.
