Help / Reviewing & publishing
The review page, explained
The link in your text opens a private review page. Thirty seconds there tells you everything about the draft — and whether to let it loose.
What you're looking at
- The verdict bar — READY or HOLD, the quality score, and what the job cost to generate.
- "As it would appear in search" — the exact title and snippet Google would show.
- Checks — each check that ran, and what it found. A HOLD names the reason in plain words (e.g. "Holbrook has no town page — linking to the nearest one").
- The page itself — full copy and photos, exactly as it will publish.
The review link is private and unguessable, but it's not a login — anyone you
forward it to can see the draft. Forward deliberately (it's a great way to let a customer or
partner sanity-check a page).
Two ways to say go
- Tap "Approve & publish" on the review page — publishes immediately.
- Reply
publishto the text — same effect, no link-opening required. Great from a truck.
Who gets to approve
Approval texts go to the approvers on your account — usually the owner or office manager, set up during onboarding. Crew members can submit jobs, but drafts only go live when an approver says so. One person can be both (common for owner-operators).
If you don't love the draft
- Want more in it? Reply with extra photos or details — the draft updates, and you get a fresh review link.
- Wrong job, or just don't want it? Do nothing. Unapproved drafts never publish — ignoring one is a valid decision, and it quietly expires from your queue.
After it publishes
The page goes live on your website under your projects or listings section, linked from the matching town page, with your license line and structured data for Google baked in. Search engines are pinged immediately — rankings build over weeks, as they always do, but the clock starts now.
